CNN data analyst Harry Enten examined Trump’s approval ratings for the New York sham trial and found that the Democratic circus had no impact on Trump’s relationship with the public at all.
Democrats hope the trial will make Trump appear toxic in the public eye. They failed.
The problem for Democrats and the media is that everyone knows this trial is purely political and all about the 2024 election.

Polls show most voters don’t care about New York business record against former President Donald Trump, CNN polling analyst Harry Enten said Wednesday on “Newsroom” case.
“John, to me, it all started like yesterday, but obviously, it’s been 44 days,” Enten said. “You cracked the numbers, you’ve run the numbers. Well, let’s see here…
He added: “Simply put, they didn’t. Pre-opening statements that Trump did something illegal, 46 percent. And look where we are now after prosecutors directly questioned Michael Cohen, 46 percent.” In fact, over the course of this trial, the percentage of Americans who think these charges are very serious dropped from 40% to just over 35%. So, yes, maybe that may have changed for those 12 jurors, but for more. For the broad American public, things haven’t changed.

It’s clear that this trial is being used only to try to damage Trump.
Not only do people not care about this, they see Democrats caring more about this than the issues they really care about, like the economy and the border.
