Trump has complained that his criminal trial has kept him out of the campaign trail, but the trial has been over for days and Donald Trump has held zero campaign events.

Instead of campaigning, Trump posted this rant on Truth Social:
Biden’s immigration crimes are out of control and are ravaging the United States! Last night, two brave NYPD officers were shot and killed in the line of duty by a monster illegal immigrant who came here illegally from Venezuela last year and was living in a taxpayer-funded immigrant shelter. Crooked Joe Biden trafficked the worst people from around the world, many with heinous criminal records, and released them into our communities. Soros-funded District Attorney Alvin Bragg should be focused on keeping New York’s streets safe, but instead he’s wasting his time and money on a ridiculous witch hunt against you. We must focus on finishing the wall, securing our borders, and keeping our streets safe. Great Again 2024.
Trump’s schedule does not include any campaign events until Thursday, when he will attend a town hall and then hold a rally in Nevada on Sunday. Trump has not held a real campaign event since an event in New York ten days ago.
The only thing Trump did was give a speech disguised as a press conference after his conviction.
Nothing can stop Trump from running. With Donald Trump set to go nearly three weeks between campaign events, Republicans appear unconcerned about their convicted felon candidate spending huge amounts of campaign funds on legal fees and appear to have little interest in campaigning.
