During Trump’s interview with Elon Musk on Monday night, Trump said the assassination attempt on him made him believe in God even more.
During the interview, Trump shared: “You know, I was a believer. I think now I’m more of a believer.
The 45th president added: “A lot of people have said that to me. In fact, a lot of great people have said that to me.
“But the amazing thing is, I happened to turn it at that perfect angle,” Trump added.

According to the New York Post:
Donald Trump says he has “more faith” in God after surviving an assassination attempt last month, calling the fact that only his ear was hit by a bullet a “miracle”.
“It hit me from one angle that was not nearly as devastating as it would have been from other angles,” the 78-year-old former president told Elon Musk during an X Live conversation.
“That’s what miracles are – so people who don’t believe in God, I think we all have to start thinking about that,” the Republican presidential candidate said.
“You know, I was a believer. I think now I’m even more of a believer. A lot of people have said that to me. In fact, a lot of great people have said that to me. But the amazing thing is I happened to turn at that perfect angle.
As Gateway Pundit previously reported, Trump said in a private speech at the Republican National Convention that he was even more grateful to God after being shot.
“God is with me, and honestly, things like this make you appreciate God more,” Trump shared.
