Annie Aberle has been promoted to senior vice president/creative executive at Los Angeles-based music company PULSE Music Group.
PULSE Music Group Co-CEOs Scott Cutler and Josh Abraham and PULSE Music Group President Ashley Calhoun made the announcement on Wednesday (May 8).
Aberle previously served as Vice President of A&R for PULSE Music Group. The executive’s responsibilities include signing, developing and implementing creative strategies for PULSE Music Group’s publishing division’s roster of songwriters and producers.
Prior to joining PULSE, Aberle worked in artist management and film and television development.
The PULSE Music Group publishing division’s A&R team will now report to Aberle. Annie Aberle is based in the company’s Los Angeles headquarters and reports directly to Scott Cutler and Ashley Calhoun.
With Aberle now responsible for the management of the A&R team in the company’s publishing division, PULSE Music Group President Ashley Calhoun continues to assume her senior management responsibilities at the company, overseeing teams in PULSE Music Group’s publishing division and PULSE Records division, as well as members of other teams .
The company said Aberle has made significant contributions to the growth of its lineup since joining PULSE Music Group in 2018.
