SELLER: “What you’re seeing is an influx of energy. I think the campaign that Kamala Harris has run over the last 24 to 48 hours has been one of the most successful Democratic campaigns that we’ve seen in a long time.
From the money raised, to the energy, to the poll tracks, to the grassroots efforts. Just last night, I know Fan was on the call, but before being asked if black people would unite behind Kamala Harris, we had over 53,000 black people trying to answer that question. More than $1.3 million has been raised, and that number is growing.
The night before, there were tens of thousands of black women. They also raised more than $1 million. What you’re seeing is the energy, I believe, of people like Van Jones and David Axelrod saying we need to defeat Donald Trump. You know, a lot of people are saying on the air that we need that energy, and I believe Kamala Harris has proven them right.
There was a lot of concern about skipping over Kamala Harris because of her being vice president and so on, but she’s made it to that point and shown she can win that nomination. So here we are, this is history, compared to yesterday, this is what this game is about.
Monday night win with black people phone call inspired by sunday night Winning with black women The appeal raised approximately $1.6 million in grassroots donations.

We can acknowledge that everyone has the right to choose the candidate they want to support, while also acknowledging that practices based on lies and bigotry are harming our country.
While the Democratic Party is permanently stained by President Joe Biden being pushed aside by wealthy donors and backstabbing within his own party, voters are taking advantage of their power with these inspiring Zoom calls to confront special interest groups. When voters come together like this, they tip the scales of power toward the people.
