Joe Biden insulted the honorable dead and their families in Afghanistan and Syria during a debate with President Trump in Atlanta on Thursday night, bizarrely claiming that no troops have died “anywhere in the world” during his presidency.
In August 2021, 13 U.S. troops were killed in a terrorist attack at Kabul Airport during Biden’s disastrous retreat from Afghanistan.
Biden said during the debate, “We are the idea of this safe nation. In fact, I am the only president this century who has not had any military killed anywhere in the world like him.
Biden said that he is “the only president in the 20th century who has not had any U.S. troops killed in action since he took office.”

Biden faced Steve Nicuy, the Gold Star father of Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps. Kareem M. Nikoui was killed in the 2021 Kabul airport attack during the State of the Union address last March.

Biden’s lies were so blatant that even USA Today fact-checked him:
Biden claimed that no U.S. troops were killed anywhere in the world during his presidency. That is not true.
