Cory Alvarez, the Haitian man arrested earlier this year for raping a 15-year-old disabled girl at an immigration hotel in Massachusetts, just got out of jail on $500 bail!
A left-wing judge in Plymouth Superior Court is taking on the District Attorney and releasing a dangerous child rapist onto the streets.
Alvarez was ordered to wear an ankle monitor as a condition of his release, but because Boston is a sanctuary city, federal officials have no control over his whereabouts.
The 26-year-old was arrested at a hotel where Joe Biden’s “immigrants” and illegal aliens are staying and accused of raping a child.
A grand jury recently indicted Alvarez on charges of “aggravated rape of a child 10 years apart” and “violent rape of a child.”

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Alvarez came to the United States through Biden’s Haitian parole program, which allows him to fly to New York’s JFK Airport in June 2023.
“We have learned that ICE has filed a detainment petition with local authorities for Cory B. Alvarez, 26, and that the State of New Jersey has listed his sponsor as part of his parole, ” said Bill Melugin.
“The Biden administration’s controversial CHNV parole program allows up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to fly to the United States after being vetted and having a sponsor in the United States. Recipients typically receive two years of parole “Humanitarian Parole” grants, which enable them to apply for work authorization and reside in the United States. Melukin said.
Alvarez was released on $500 bail!
