A 61-year-old Sutton man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for attending an anti-immigration protest and screaming “Who is Allah?” At the police.
Pensioner David Spring, who cared for his ailing wife, apologized to the court after being sentenced this week.
Spring and hundreds of protesters took to the streets after three little girls were murdered by an African-American man whose parents immigrated to Britain years ago.
Protests have broken out across England following the mass murder of a little girl.
British media continued to report that the “far right” was dissatisfied with the massacre and took to the streets.
Socialist Prime Minister Keir Starmer has vowed to hunt down and jail protesters.
There have been few reports of Muslims beating white people on the street during counter-protests.
The British “Guardian” reported:
A 61-year-old man who made threatening gestures at police and shouted “Who the fuck is Allah” during mass riots in Whitehall has been jailed for 18 months.
David Spring, of Longfellow Road, Sutton, was among a group of around 700 people who gathered near Downing Street to confront police on July 31.
The video showed Spring standing at the front of the crowd, threatening and shouting slogans at police, before he pleaded guilty to violent disorder.
Prosecutor Alexander Agbam said: “Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tomo in some circles, organized a demonstration in Whitehall.
“Members of the far right responded to this call with a seemingly intent on replicating scenes seen earlier this week, fueled by false information about the religion and immigration status of the Southall murderer.”
He said protesters broke out of a closed area in Richmond Terrace and headed towards Whitehall to direct their anger at police.
Police-worn camera footage in court showed Spring’s role in the disturbance, in which he can be seen making threatening and hostile gestures at officers, calling them “c****” and Added chants of “You’re not British anymore” and “Who the fuck is Allah”.

Defending Spring, Piers Kiss-Wilson said he had been a train driver for 42 years but had recently retired.
Now he spends a lot of time with his wife, who is in failing health.
