Korda defeated Zverev 7-6 (7-5) 1-6 6-4 for his eighth consecutive victory, only his second victory in 14 meetings with a top-five opponent.
Korda, 24, won his second tour title last week and first at the ATP 500 level in Washington and will now prepare for a quick turnaround ahead of their semi-final clash Alexei Popyrin late Sunday.
