CNN’s decision not to fact-check the presidential debate made 90 minutes of the debate unwatchable and left voters misunderstood and ill-informed.
Just a few examples of what CNN revealed:

There may also be more examples where CNN decides to impose debate rules but takes no action on the content of the debates.
CNN hosted a debate that was the opposite of what was expected. Rather than informing voters, the debate misled them because Trump was allowed to tell blatant lies and rewrite history.
The debate was awkward, not because of the age of the candidates or even the questions asked. The debate was a nightmare because the moderators decided to allow Trump to lie and loosen policy.
If the American people weren’t already losing interest in the 2024 election before this debate, they certainly are now, and all because CNN puts profits over journalism.
