Coldwell Banker Realty told Inman that its automated marketing platform, Listing Concierge, now includes generative artificial intelligence capabilities.
With its new capabilities, Coldwell Banker Realty said the platform will allow agents and concierge coordinators to automatically generate listing descriptions, image titles and property attributes “in minutes.” Agents and coordinators will still need to enter basic information into the listing concierge, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc., but the technology will create content within the word count that the agent expects or requires.

The platform has completed more than 300,000 orders in five years and offers a full range of services, including professional photography, photography, customized marketing materials and targeted online advertising.
