New York-based Corcoran Group told Inman it is increasing the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in its technology stack by developing Corcoran Copilot, a new generative AI application for agents.
The new platform, developed in late 2023 and in beta testing in early 2024, uses artificial intelligence to produce content and save agents time in their business. Currently, the content includes listing descriptions, video scripts, and hashtags, but the team plans to expand the software’s capabilities in the future to develop more content, such as agent bios and social media captions.
The company piloted the product in April and has now begun rolling it out to all agents.

Corcoran Copilot integrates with the company’s listing database and is designed to feature Corcoran’s editorial voice, comply with fair housing regulations, and follow SEO best practices. The platform is a closed system and only obtains information from within the Corcoran network.
