Donald Trump’s attempt to hold a rally in the Bronx has been fraught with audio and video issues, given that his lawyers have taken a large portion of campaign donations.

Here is an example of a Trump rally video:

C-SPAN had to cut off live video coverage of the Trump rally because the signal was so poor that it dropped. These issues have not plagued Trump’s previous campaigns because the candidate has money.
Trump’s style has always been tacky, but he does understand video presentations, and when he spent money to hold these rallies, these problems did not arise. In 2024, Trump will use public, smaller, cheaper venues that may not have the technology infrastructure to handle broadcasts of presidential campaign rallies.
These technical issues are likely to persist or worsen as long as Trump must continue to pay criminal defense attorneys. There is another problem with Trump’s 2024 campaign speech. Compared with the Biden-Harris campaign, Trump’s campaign looks cheap and inferior. That wasn’t the case in 2016 or 2020, but the Trump campaign’s financial woes are being known and seen by the American people.
