Tahini Ingredientse
- tahini – Tahini is just ground sesame seeds. Be sure to use high quality tahini. I like this brand and I like this brand.
- minced garlic – It tastes best when using fresh garlic cloves.
- lemon juice – It’s best to use fresh lemon juice from the whole lemon fruit for the best flavor.
- sea salt – If sodium content is a concern, feel free to cut back.
- water – Cold water helps to achieve the right consistency.
How to Make Creamy Tahini Sauce
This recipe couldn’t be easier. Simply combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together. You will add water until you reach the desired mixture.
