Delhougne Realty Group, St. Louis’ leading independent brokerage firm, has joined eXp Realty, according to an announcement Wednesday. The team of 65 agents closed 1,160 transactions worth $353.33 million in 2023 and has more than 2,000 five-star reviews on Zillow.

Delhougne began his real estate career in 1999 with RE/MAX while serving with the St. Louis County Police Department. Delhaugne founded his eponymous brokerage firm in 2021 to exclusively serve homebuyers and home sellers in St. Louis County and several surrounding areas, including Lincoln, Franklin, Warren and Jefferson.

Delhougne is eXp’s second high-profile new member this month. The cloud-based company hired star Florida real estate agent Martha Melendez from Engel & Völkers.
Melendez’s longtime business partner Steve Stark and daughter Alexandra Vera also made the move. The trio joins leading eXp broker Veronica Figueroa’s The Fig Team and is leading the team’s expansion into Florida’s Space Coast and Treasure Coast.
