A U.S. district judge dismissed Exxon Mobil’s lawsuit on Monday (NYSE:XOM) filed a lawsuit against activist shareholder Arjuna Capital after the group withdrew a proposed resolution calling on the company to do more to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
