Indiana authorities issued a Silver Alert on Friday for the 14-year-old son of former NFL defensive lineman Daniel Muir, deeming the boy to be in “extreme danger.”
Indiana State Police launched an investigation into domestic battery charges against Bryson Muir on June 18, which allegedly occurred at his home in Logansport.

Police said he was last seen leaving the residence on June 16 with his mother, Kristen. Police in Garfield Heights, Ohio, stopped Kristen’s vehicle, but Bryson was not in the vehicle, police said.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department and Cass County Department of Children’s Services have not located the boy’s whereabouts.
Police said Thursday they were able to locate Daniel Muir and Christine Muir.
“While the Muirs began to show signs of cooperation, Bryson has not been discovered or located by ISP or DCS investigators,” Indiana State Police said in a news release Thursday.
