Fox News reported that Biden “appeared” to have forgotten the name of the secretary of state. Mayorkas.
The reason Biden seemed to have forgotten Mayorkas’ name was because Fox News cut out a portion of the video where the president introduced the homeland security secretary.
As reports mount that Donald Trump suffers from severe memory and cognitive issues, it’s no coincidence that Fox is trying to make Biden appear to have cognitive decline. Trump had trouble remembering things and claimed in an interview that Joan Rivers voted for him two years after her death.
Republicans and their media are turning to this ugly campaign because they know their nominee is a convicted felon with alleged cognitive issues. Republicans are trying to draw attention away from the long list of responsibilities Trump brings and hope to distract the American people with false narratives about Joe Biden.
