It plays a vital role in the growth, repair and maintenance of tissues throughout the body. It supports weight loss and weight management.
Consuming the right amount of protein (or just above the minimum requirement) can help support your body and overall health goals by controlling appetite, improving feelings of fullness (also known as satiety), and helping regulate blood sugar.

How the program works
Each day of the program contains three modules, each taking approximately three to four minutes to complete:
- Check-in: Each day, you’ll discover one thing you accomplished the day before that you’re proud of, and something you can do better today.

- Tips and Recipes: Receive daily tips, shopping lists, and recipes to get more protein into your diet.
How you complete the plan is up to you: you can choose to complete all the mods in one day, follow a 7-day plan in a course or week, or work your way through the content slowly – taking a month, or, heck, even a year.

High Protein Diet Plan Overview:
The high-protein plan is progressive, meaning each day builds on what you learned the day before.
This is because it is difficult to change everything at once. Instead, we’ll help you make small changes every day.
Over the course of seven days, you put everything you’ve learned together—and
- first day: Learn why protein is important for overall health and weight goals, and use our macro calculator to find out how much protein you should be eating each day.
- the next day: Explore an extensive list of protein-rich food sources that you can easily incorporate into your diet. Don’t worry, we’ve put together some lists that address many dietary restrictions and preferences!
- Day three: Learn why a high-protein breakfast can help you start your day and provide you with sustained energy. Plus, you’ll receive a nutritionist-curated breakfast grocery list and easy high-protein breakfast recipe suggestions!
- Day 4: Learn why following a high-protein diet for lunch and dinner can help control appetite, muscle growth, sleep quality, and more. Plus, you’ll receive another nutritionist-curated grocery list and a round of high-protein lunch and dinner recipes!
- Day 5: Learn about the benefits of high-protein snacks for hunger management and achieving proper portion control. Then explore five high-protein snacks our nutrition experts often offer.
- Day six: Learn how and why to meal prep to support your high-protein goals. Melissa Jaeger, director of nutrition at MyFitnessPal, reveals the four top tips she shares with her clients.
- Day seven: Get tips on proper hydration, curbing your appetite and eating out while sticking to a high-protein eating plan. Finally, download a complete high-protein grocery list that includes everything from breakfast to dinner to anytime snacks.
