Honestly, it’s hard to believe that I’m at the age of perimenopause. Despite raising two little kids, I feel young in many ways. And I always feel eternal, at any age, doing what I want to do without thinking about other people’s thoughts or believing.
But here, I am comfortable dealing with a variety of hormone-related symptoms, including brain fog, mood swings, and anaemia that has recently bleeding.
I haven’t experienced most of the physical problems that plague many middle-aged women, such as hot flashes (funny!), sleep disorders, and weight gain. But I started to change in depth enough to realize that I needed a plan and tool to browse this new chapter without losing myself or my mind.
That’s why I’m happy to learn that happier meditation recently teamed up with mindfulness expert Diane Winston to create a Menopause Guide for Mindfulness, a free resource designed to help you make this transition in a more clear, stable and self-compassionate way.
Inside, you will find:
- Mentoring mindfulness meetings tailored for menopause
- Diana Winston’s personal notes
- Reflection tips help you connect with yourself
- Meditation practice to support stress, sleep and emotional balance
People don’t always want to talk about menopause. It will feel embarrassed, it is a confession of aging, and society tends to look at it negatively, although this is inevitable for many and obviously better than the other options!
None of us does not want to be seen as weak, deteriorating or less than. But avoiding conversations only makes us feel more lonely, and it stops the growth we get as we get older, which I am totally going to do.
If you want to do the same thing – if you are determined to embrace your ever-changing body and regain your calmness and confidence as you browse the emotional roller coaster of transferring hormones, I highly recommend checking out a cautious menopause guide. It is totally free and absolutely valuable.
We can’t change our experiences, but we can choose to satisfy it stereotypefully to relieve stress and feel at home in our bodies.
I hope this guide helps you!
