Mail-in ballots from ineligible locations in 15 counties in seven battleground states will determine the next president. And several senators.
Republicans can’t even see one of these locations.
Now, in most battleground states, fractal technology is seeing thousands of such locations, along with millions of ineligible voters registering at Walmarts, gas stations and abandoned malls.
The left, which currently controls most of the power in the U.S. government, will not let Trump win.
America is about to see a confluence of various types of election fraud, some subtle, some in-your-face, to keep the left in power.
Mail-in ballots from ineligible locations constitute the largest single entity that the left can manipulate and vote for. NGOs have been registering at every turn for the past four years – often illegally – and now it’s time to reap the rewards.
Just this week, the left is rallying their “big guns” to ensure that no laws are passed to prevent illegal aliens from voting – votes they know they need.
There are 500,000 such illegal ballots in each swing state. Republicans have found zero skill in doing so.
Mail-in ballot fraud requires the cooperation of the U.S. Postal Service or some of its employees to get votes into the hands of the left — counted securely by the NGO Vote Against Trump and counted securely by 100,000 poll watchers hired by Republicans and Democrats.
This is how the left is going to do it, this is how quantum technology is going to screw them up.
When Fractal began posting footage of “voters living in places without bedrooms,” we received emails — leading to phone calls, sometimes meetings, and multiple sworn depositions with one of the field teams.
These emails come from Postal Service mail carriers.
That’s the postman, the guy with the big leather bag filled with junk mail that your dog might like.
Several carriers told us they collected undeliverable mail-in ballots in 2020 and 2022 and returned them to the central office. Carriers are told to place these ballots in a special bin. They confirmed they were for left-wing groups.
There are enough emails, from different states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan come to mind indicating organizations.
We can’t stop postal workers from giving undeliverable ballots to people on the left. Neither can you.
We can and will stop many undeliverable ballots from going to ineligible addresses in 2024— Undeliverable Ballot Databasekeeping them out of the Post Office’s control.
Some election scams are more secretive—people don’t discover them until long after the horses have left the barn.
The Wisconsin team interviewed Postal Service workers, not mail carriers. They met with the whistleblower who worked at the central sorting facility. This is what they learned.
In 2020 and 2022, especially in Milwaukee, Postal Service workers were able to electronically tell whether mail-in ballots were from Republicans or Democrats. According to witnesses, there was an indicator on the envelope.
Maybe, maybe not.
Republican voters and registrars across Wisconsin have contacted the Wisconsin Voter Integrity Team to complain that their ballots were never counted in recent elections. The registrar determined they received a ballot. Voters know they filled out the form and mailed it back. Never calculated. Go figure it out.
Since voters don’t know until 45 days after the election whether their vote has been counted (it shows up in their voter history file), they’re pretty out of luck.
Interestingly, in Wisconsin, and probably other states, all mail, even mail from people down the street, goes to the Milwaukee Postal Service facility, gets sorted and sent back to town.
There’s a central point of control for mail-in ballots – which is helpful for things like this.
The witness, who still works for the Postal Service, said many of the Republican ballots were shredded while others were not.
Hundreds of ballots were collected and 6 rubber bands were placed around the ballots. They are placed in a “recycling bin” outside the central post office. Our witnesses saw people crawling into recycling bins, removing their ballots with only rubber bands and leaving.
No one has been able to prove this one way or another.
Either way, it doesn’t matter because come 2024, we won’t be doing this anymore and make sure we stop the Postal Service from charging these types of fees again.
The Fractal team is implementing mail-in ballot tracking for every vote (mail-in or in-person) throughout the election – and we expect this to be the case in most battleground states.
Here’s how it works.
Currently, teams using Fractal in swing states can run their state’s voter rolls in Fractal, so they can view all the data for any voter across multiple repositories with a single click. This includes property tax bills.

Teams in each state connected the fractal system to some voter devices to track who ballots were sent to.
This is a very complicated matter. In North Carolina, the voter system is primitive but the interface is modern. Fractal retrieves voter data out of the box, but it embeds many control characters that must be removed.
In Wisconsin, Fractal is tied into their voting system and can track people who haven’t voted yet.
In Virginia, where Fractal was just starting out, the voter rolls were $17,000, so the team found some donors.
In Texas, when the Secretary of State heard that Team Fractal had paid $1,500 for current voter rolls, the department refused to work with us—even though we wrote a check—until we had the Attorney General’s Office force the issue. If you watch the Texas video on the Omega4America.com website, you’ll understand why the Texas Secretary of State doesn’t want Fractal on the voter rolls.
Fractal tracks the completion of ballots as they return to the registrar and the vote is taken.
This is where it gets interesting.
Remember, our policy is to prevent mail-in ballots from being sent to ineligible addresses.
This removes them from the control of NGOs and the postal service. There are no fake ballots at Walmart or strip malls—no inventory to cause trouble.
Approximately 90% of illegal immigrant NGOs registered in the past 4 years live in vote farms, which are shown in fractals through time series analysis and therefore can be cleared.
While leftists are blocking Congress from blocking illegal aliens from voting, states using fractals almost know who the illegal immigrants are because they show up at common addresses.
Team Fractal is challenging illegal aliens before their ballots are mailed to them.
This screws up the left – the Wisconsin team is executing on this today and the left is screaming loud enough that we can almost hear them in Texas.

The Republican National Committee and some of the scammer groups in its orbit are working hard to collect votes. They are checking people in at bars and gas stations. Many people receive a portion of their funding from these expensive endeavors.
However, they don’t have the technology to track voters to see if they voted. The RNC’s strategy is to get everyone registered and hope they vote.
