Hot Honey Chicken Nuggets

For the chicken bites:
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
Hot honey sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. Hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cream, melted

- In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed tortilla chips, flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. well mixed.
- In another shallow bowl, beat eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, making sure it is completely coated.
- Transfer the egg-coated chicken to the nacho mixture, pressing lightly to make sure the coating sticks. Make sure each piece is coated thoroughly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the chicken pieces for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- While chicken is cooking, combine honey, hot sauce, and melted cream in a small bowl. Stir well to form a smooth sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken and stir to combine.
- Serve hot honey crispy chicken nuggets immediately, with extra sauce on the side if desired.
