Lawyers for Hunter Biden have refiled a motion asking for a new criminal trial after his first son was found guilty on all charges related to a 2018 gun purchase.
Biden’s defense attorney, Abe Lowell, filed a motion on Monday arguing that a federal court in Delaware lacked jurisdiction to hold a trial earlier this month. The motion came a week after Lowell filed a similar motion, but it was quickly withdrawn without explanation.
