Kamala Harris has now put North Carolina, Georgia and Arizona back into the mix for Democratic victory in November.
Axios reports:
Georgia, Arizona and North Carolina – states that had seemed to be leaning toward former President Trump – were suddenly in a fierce battle online, on the radio and on the ground.
Pennsylvania remains the most important state where both campaigns are firing on all cylinders.

In the past two weeks, the Harris campaign has added 370,000 volunteers, including 15,500 in Georgia, 21,000 in Arizona and 10,500 in North Carolina, three states with diverse or changing electorates.
this Latest polls A sign that all three Sun Belt states are dithering. Pennsylvania is the most critical battleground state. It’s the biggest prize in an Electoral College swing state and holds the key to the White House in two campaigns.
The Sunbelt has been leaning toward Trump in 2024, but if these three states come into play, Harris will have multiple paths to the White House. North Carolina has only voted for a Democratic presidential candidate twice in the past 50 years, so Georgia and Arizona, which Biden won in 2020, are more immediately viable options.
Donald Trump’s support is weakening across the board as his age and his fatigue as a figure on the national stage are real problems for Republicans.
If Harris’ momentum continues at its current pace, Trump could face a map where he can’t win any battleground states. If that happens, it will give Democrats an Electoral College victory in November.
