Keller Williams made changes to its executive team on Monday, naming Cody Gibson as its new vice president KW Map Tutoring Rachel Elder serves as new Vice President KW carethe brokerage’s 501(c)(3) charity that provides support to KW employees and their families.
Gibson has more than 20 years of experience as a real estate business leader and trainer and served as operations leader for six KW Market Centers. In addition, he is the CEO of two teams, Portland Real Estate Group and United Home Furnishing Groupwith 295 agents in 125 offices in 26 states and two countries.
“I grew up at KW and it is an honor to now be named MAPS Vice President of Coaching,” Gibson said in a statement. “Coaching is the bridge that allows us to get from where we are to where we want to be in our lives and careers.”
In his new role as vice president of KW Cares, Elder will work with KW Cares’ staff and board of directors to develop and implement new fundraising strategies to support the organization’s mission. Prior to that, she was a consultant to: Lighthouse Nonprofit ConsultantsShe has been involved in a variety of fundraising models, including university fundraising, major gifts, volunteer management and capital campaigns.

Additionally, the company named Cynthia Lee president KW Business Alicia Shepherd serves as Vice President of KW Commercial.
