What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in real estate?
By investing in real estate, you can open the door to endless opportunities. I learned this through investing at a young age.
What would you tell a new agent before they start in the business?
Make sure you work with a team that has a strong presence in the market and provides resources to ensure a quick launch.
What do few agents know that would make their lives easier?
The business is not transactional; it is all about building a lasting relationship and overcoming any business objections.
If you could do anything else besides real estate, what would you do?
If I wasn’t in real estate, I would be a serial entrepreneur because I started out as an investor, not a salesman.
Tell us a story about your most memorable transaction
I have closed a deal five times, initially on a listing where I had a buyer who needed to sell his house. Great client, lots of coordination, multiple parties involved. All parties were very satisfied and even ended early.
