The secret recording of conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito captured by liberal journalist Lauren Windsor is a giant burger of nonsense.
All parties worked together to force Judge Alito to recuse himself from President Trump’s immunity case and the J6 case currently awaiting a decision by the Supreme Court.
Alito recently told Democratic senators that he would not recuse himself from the cases after it was revealed after the 2020 election that his wife flew an upside-down flag at her Virginia home.
The left is trying to make the inverted flag a thing.
According to Alito, the flag was a reaction to a neighbor’s “F*ck Trump” yard sign and a verbal attack on his wife, rather than a political statement.
“I did not participate in the flag flying,” Alito told The Times. “Mrs. Alito briefly placed the sign in response to a neighbor’s use of offensive and personally insulting language on a yard sign.”
Alito’s nasty left-wing neighbors also called his wife, Martha Ann, a “jerk.”
The left has been pressuring Alito to recuse himself from the high-profile Trump case, but he has refused to give in to their demands.
Liberal journalist Lauren Windsor secretly documented Justice Alito’s June 3 appearance at the Supreme Court Historical Society’s annual dinner.
“I don’t know that we can negotiate with the left in the way that we need to end polarization,” Lauren Windsor told Alito at the event. “I think that’s the thing about winning.”
“I think you might be right,” Alito replied. “Whichever side – whichever side is going to win. I don’t know. I mean, there can be a way of working – a way of peaceful coexistence, but it’s difficult, you know, because on the fundamental issues There are differences that really can’t be compromised. So you don’t split the difference.
The left claimed that the secret recording proved Alito was not a “neutral referee,” but in fact his comments were complete nonsense.

Rolling Stone obtained audio from liberal journalist Lauren Windsor:
The recording, provided exclusively to Rolling Stone, captures Windsor approaching Alito at the event and reminding him that they spoke at the same event a year ago, when she asked him a question about political polarization . Over the next year, she told the judge her view on the matter had changed. “I don’t know that we can negotiate with the left in the way that we need to end polarization,” Windsor said.
Windsor went on to tell Alito: “People who believe in God in this country must continue to fight for this – to return our country to a godly place.”
“I agree with you. I agree with you,” replied Alito, an author of the Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs decision that overturned 50 years of established law and ended constitutional abortion right.
