Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) announced with Lone Wolf Technology This will give ARMLS subscribers access to a tool designed to provide agents with information to guide their clients through an uncertain market.
The Cloud CMA tool offers instant reporting, briefing tools and other products that both companies believe will help agents show clients they have the knowledge to guide them in buying and selling a home.
James Marcus of ARMLS said in a report: “In any market, but especially one where buyers and sellers may not be entirely sure what they can expect, real estate agents must be able to demonstrate that they know and understand what is going on. “statement. “With this new Cloud CMA advantage from Lone Wolf, our agents will have a critical resource to demonstrate to clients the expertise that will set them apart from the competition.”
This isn’t the first time Lone Wolf has partnered with MLS this year. In April, the company announced a partnership with the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) to launch HomeSpotter, an app that allows agents to add their personal brand to mobile home search apps.
The company is acting on findings from joint research with property consultancy T360. The report shows that brokerages use an average of 20 different pieces of software every day, a number that has doubled since 2020.
Late last year, Lone Wolf announced a new platform called the Lone Wolf Foundation, which will power a variety of products the company is launching this year.
“After recent events, it is more important now than ever for real estate agents to be able to prove their value to potential clients and turn uncertainty into an opportunity for them to grow,” Lisa of Lone Wolf Mihelcich said.
