Fox News’ Mark Levin reacted to Trump’s sentencing last night on Sean Hannity’s show and offered advice to Trump and his legal team.
Levine is an attorney who worked at the Reagan Justice Department.
He believes the case needs to go to the U.S. Supreme Court as soon as possible.
Transcript from Real Clear Politics:
Mark Levin, Fox News Channel host: Well, I will say this, there was no crime, there was no jurisdiction, there was no due process, the judge, the Soros prosecutor, the Manhattan jury were contradicting each other.
You know, I’ll tell you one thing, Sean, even though I served as chief of staff to the attorney general, I didn’t spend most of my legal career as a former federal prosecutor. I spent most of my legal career fighting these people, suing the federal government, the Department of Justice, the IRS, the Treasury Department, the EPA, suing campaigns, fighting voting rights laws, and more.
I think one of the things that our audience doesn’t understand, and you need to understand, is that we have too many risk-averse lawyers, too many lawyers who whine and complain. I spent 40 years sitting with people who put on legal knuckles and prosecuted these bastards in court. I worked at the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court level, and that’s been my focus my entire career.
So, in my opinion, what they need to do now is file an appeal in New York, and we need to stop complaining about how long this is going to take and pursue whatever urgent, immediate appeal we can. That’s one – one lane.
The other path is to go all the way to the Supreme Court.
People say, well, they’re not going to accept it? do you know? If George Patton had said, I don’t think I can make it in time for the Battle of the Bulge, we would have lost World War II. I’m tired of these legal defeatists.
We need to stop complaining, stop complaining, we know exactly what we are dealing with. This isn’t news. This is a fact.
We must use our wits against these people. We have to take some risks. We need to push the envelope. I don’t mean to say that weirdos would do this, we need to look at Bush vs. Gower. Why did the Supreme Court take this case from the Florida Supreme Court?

By the way, this is why Democrats and the media have been working so hard to discredit the Supreme Court. Because they knew this was coming.
