- The Gender + Reproductive Equity Partnership was founded in New York in 2018 by the David & Lucile Packard Foundation to provide funding to other organizations. The collaborative was formed to “bring new funding and new donors to work on gender and reproductive equality” and to prevent contraception and abortion “separately from other gender equality issues, whether it’s child care, paid leave, Pay equity or other gender equality issues”.
