Shock-Gard and Ty-Gard CEO Matthew Bullock and his wife, Patrizia Bullock, were the buyers of the spec home. The previous record for the most expensive home sale in the area was $18 million, set in April when Brazilian racing driver Claudio Dahruj purchased a 2022 home from a Venezuelan construction executive.
Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the listing, and Ivan Chorney and Mike Martirena of Compass represented the buyer.
The 8,216-square-foot home sits on about a third of an acre and has eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms.
The property features views of Biscayne Bay and features a chef’s kitchen and secondary prep kitchen, home office, media room and elevator. The master bedroom also has a shuttered terrace. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, kitchen and 80 feet of bayfront beachfront.
