The massive trade group pledged in March to make a variety of policy changes as part of the landmark settlement. Now, the rollout of these rules will be slightly later than expected.
The ruling by Judge Stephen R. Bough on Thursday resolved Sitzer’s antitrust charges. Burnett, Mohr and Nosalek commissioned the case. However, it will not quash the buyer’s other existing lawsuits.

Compass, The Real Brokerage, Realty One Group, At World Properties and Douglas Elliman have all reached settlements in the case, and the court has preliminarily approved the settlements.
