Mortgage servicing and data company headquartered in Santa Ana, California comprehensive analysis Announced on Friday that it has acquired the assets of Investor Claims and Loss Analysis Company Investor Claims Solutions (Industrial Control Systems).
Consolidated Analytics is a private company and terms have not been disclosed. The company said the acquisition will help improve its overall market position as a service provider to the mortgage industry.
“This strategic asset-based acquisition marks a significant expansion of Consolidated Analytics’ service offerings and solidifies its position as a premier provider of mortgage solutions,” the company said in the deal announcement.
ICS Assets will assist Consolidated Analytics with its existing investor claims resolution and loss analysis resilience capabilities and will provide a broader range of services to clients including mortgage servicers, investors and other financial institutions.
“This acquisition is consistent with our strategic vision to expand our service offerings and provide unparalleled value to our clients,” Consolidated Analytics CEO Arvin Wijay said in a statement. “Our comprehensive expertise and resources will enable us to provide a more comprehensive and Innovative solutions ultimately help our customers be more successful.”
The transaction includes proprietary technology and personnel, the announcement said. “By leveraging ICS’ proprietary technology and experienced team, Consolidated Analytics will enhance its ability to manage the complex mortgage claims process,” the company explained.
These processes include loan processes supported by federal agencies, e.g. federal housing administration (Federal Housing Administration), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (Virginia), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and government-sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
