In an extraordinary moment, an air traffic controller offered a heartfelt prayer as former President Donald Trump’s plane, Trump One, departed Milwaukee early Friday morning.
The rare incident comes after Trump and former first lady Melania Trump wrapped up the Republican National Convention last week and after Trump’s latest assassination attempt.
Former President Donald Trump and former first lady Melania Trump left Milwaukee around 12:30 p.m. Friday.
They boarded Trump Force One, the nickname for the Trump Organization’s Boeing 757, which is similar to Air Force One, the official US presidential plane.
As the plane prepared to take off, something unusual happened. An air traffic controller took a moment to recite biblical prayers over the radio to Trump 1, specifically Numbers 6:24-26.
The prayer says:
“May the Lord bless you and protect you; may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you.

After leaving Milwaukee, Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance plan to hold a rally in Michigan on Saturday.
