NAHREP honors 250 Latino mortgage originators

this National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) released this week the tenth edition of its annual Latino Mortgage 250 Rankings, recognizing the nation’s top-performing Latino mortgage originators.

For the second consecutive year, DHI mortgage Ranked first among all companies reported, followed by Guaranteed rate and Cross-border mortgages, respectively. NAHREP said the composition of the list of winners demonstrates the “breadth and depth of talent in the Latino mortgage community.”

“We salute this year’s NAHREP Top 250 honorees for their resilience and innovative spirit,” NAHREP President Nora Aguirre said in a statement accompanying the report. “These outstanding Latino mortgage professionals play a critical role in helping countless families achieve homeownership and fostering intergenerational wealth growth across the United States.”

Danny Gardner, senior vice president of customer and community engagement for the Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) Single Family Division, also participated in the new rankings Freddie Mac.
