home robot and new compression are collaborating in hopes of converting engagement into more deals.
The companies announced the partnership on Wednesday, allowing customers who use both Homebot and Newzip to offer consumers up to a 2% discount on transaction costs. The companies believe that in addition to cost savings for buyers and sellers, this will help improve buyer and seller hit rates.
“With housing affordability hovering near all-time lows, this consumer savings opportunity is extremely valuable to both buyers and sellers,” Homebot CEO Charlie Pratt said in a statement.
Homebot is a platform that attempts to measure buyer and seller intent, letting loan officers know which prospects to target. Newzip is a real estate platform for mortgage lenders that provides an end-to-end experience for consumers.
Newzip and Homebot hope the partnership will leverage Newzip’s platform and Homebot’s data to streamline lead generation while providing cash inducements for consumers.
“Joining forces allows us to combine Homebot’s industry-leading home ownership and engagement platform with our true concierge experience to help mortgage lenders win by enhancing their value proposition,” Newzip CEO Adi Pavlovic said in a statement.
Homebot isn’t Newzip’s first partner this year. In February, the company announced it was partnering with Newrez, a top 10 mortgage lender and servicer, to once again save buyers and sellers money.
In 2023, Homebot acquires National Finance, Mobile app for first time home buyers.
Pavlovich was recently named a 2024 Rising Star housing line.
“Pavlovic’s passion coupled with his background and experience in the field has been the catalyst that has propelled Newzip to the success it has today,” reads HousingWire’s Rising Stars report. “He has been a key driver of Newzip’s technology and products for our customers.”
