Unfortunately, iPhone users don’t have access to one of Android’s best new features, Circle Search. But Google surprised Apple fans with a solution that essentially replicated the feature.
Minsang Choi, Google Lens Design Manager, Shared a new iOS shortcut In a post on X, the post aims to take advantage of the action buttons on the iPhone 15 Pro device. Once launched, the shortcut takes a screenshot of whatever you’re viewing and instantly imports it into the Google app and performs a Lens scan. “It’s basically loop hunting, but faster,” Choi laments.
it’s over 9 to 5Author Abner Li discovered that iPhones that support Back Tap can also use this shortcut. Accessibility lets you double- or triple-tap the back of your iPhone to activate system features like Magnifier, turn on the flashlight, or in this case run an iOS shortcut.

Now, when you’re browsing on your phone, just tap the back of your phone and the shortcut will automatically take a screenshot and perform a Google Lens scan. It’s not as precise as Android where you just circle what you want, but it works!
