Skiboky Stora, 40, one of New York City’s alleged serial boxers, was charged Tuesday with a hate crime.
Stora was accused of launching a series of “anti-women, anti-white and anti-Semitic” attacks across the city.
“Skiboki Stora allegedly committed a series of hate-motivated incidents against several individuals based on their perceived gender, race and religion,” Manhattan District Attorney Bragg said in a statement announcing the charges. “

Stora is accused of randomly attacking strangers between September 2023 and March 2024.

Prosecutors said the most recent attack occurred on March 25, when a 23-year-old woman in the Chelsea neighborhood was attacked. The incident gained widespread attention after the victim posted it on TikTok, racking up millions of views, and several others described similar attacks in social media posts.
Internet celebrity Halley McGookin, known as “Halley Kate,” made a tearful video describing the attack.
Bragg said she was walking past Stora when Stora allegedly hit her in the head, causing her to fall to the ground.
In November 2023, a Jewish couple was also attacked while walking their dog in Union Square.
In October, he elbowed a “fair-skinned” woman walking near him.
The first attack linked to Stola occurred in September 2023, when he elbowed a 17-year-old white student in the neck.
