President Trump recently listed his four possible vice presidential picks at a campaign event in the Bronx.
Trump said in an interview with New York News 12, “You can choose someone like Ben Carson, Marco Rubio or J.D. Vance. I mean, there are so many. Elise did it Excellent.
“I could go on for a long time. We have a lot of people who can do a great job.” Trump added.
In recent weeks, conservative news pundits have speculated that Trump might choose Marco Rubio, J.D. Vance, Tim Scott or Elise Stefanik as his possible vice presidential picks.
Trump’s latest announcement shows that former HUD Secretary Ben Carson also has a chance to be selected.

At a campaign event in the Bronx, New York, former President Donald Trump listed a number of possible vice presidential picks, suggesting the list may be shortening.
In an interview with News 12 New York, Trump named Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Dr. Ben Carson, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) and Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) as his top picks. on an ever-growing list.
“We have so many,” Trump said when asked about his vice presidential pick. “You could take a guy like Ben Carson or Marco Rubio or J.D. Vance. I mean, there’s so many. Ellis did a great job, but I could go on for a long time Time. We have a lot of guys who can do a great job.
Asked about a timeline, Trump said he would make a decision “sometime during the convention,” when presidential candidates typically announce their vice president. Trump has floated all of these names for various reasons.
Ben Carson would be a good choice as Trump’s vice president.
He doesn’t need Trump’s charisma because Trump is enough for both of them.

Ben Carson, who became a household name after becoming the first neurosurgeon to separate conjoined twins, ran for president in 2016 but later suspended his campaign and endorsed Trump.
Through the first nine months of 2015, Carson outperformed all Republican presidential candidates, including Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump.
