“In the 2010s, Mr. Pierce was persuaded to invest in car dealerships,” court documents obtained by the outlet said.

“Although Mr. Pierce was only a passive investor and had no oversight or management of the affairs of the business, he was nevertheless required to sign various documents. Although the Debtors had no direct knowledge of these events, they later provided a personal guarantee bearing the name of Mr. Pierce. When several businesses defaulted on their loans, the lenders obtained judgments against the businesses and Mr. Pierce as guarantor.

They reportedly tried to garnish Pierce’s wages Raiders The effort to pay off her debt prompted Jocelyn to file for bankruptcy.
She claimed she did not sign any loan guarantees and was forced to file a claim quickly after the lender tried to collect on the loan, so she was granted an extension until July 12 to provide additional documentation.

Pierce, 45, joins the Raiders in 2022 as linebackers coach. The following year, he was named interim head coach after Josh McDaniels was fired. He was officially named head coach in January.
