Mandel claimed in the lawsuit that she met Oren Alexander and Alon Alexander in 2009 at the SL nightclub in New York City’s Meatpacking District, when she was 18. Mandel said she would meet the twins at various social events over the next 12 months or so.
Sometime around September 2010, Mandel claimed she encountered the twins again at SL and alleged that Aaron Alexander “deliberately spiked Plaintiff’s drink with an unknown substance, causing her to suffer severe physical and mental impairment.” ”, the lawsuit states.
The complaint also alleges that the twins convinced her to leave the nightclub with them to attend a party at their apartment, but when the three of them arrived at the apartment, Mandel claimed there were no guests and the brothers said they would “hang out for a while.”
Mandel later claimed she was held down by the brothers, who she claimed took turns holding her down and raping her. The complaint describes their conduct as “extreme and outrageous to the point that such conduct would be atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society,” and Mandel said it caused her to suffer “physical and psychological trauma and injury” and experience “Great humiliation, loss of dignity, mental anguish and suffering.”
Whiteman’s complaint alleges similar behavior by Oren Alexander and Aaron Alexander. According to her complaint, Whiteman met the twins in 2008 and over the next four years he rebuffed Oren Alexander’s repeated attempts to date him.
Whiteman claims that in 2012, Oren Alexander texted her asking if she would be going to the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend, and Whiteman confirmed via text message that she would go. That same month, Whiteman claimed that Aaron Alexander grabbed her as she left the Dunes, a Hamptons nightclub, and took her to a black SUV, where he was waiting.
The indictment also states that Whiteman was then taken to Sir Ivan’s Castle, a Hamptons property owned by recording artist Ivan Wilziger, who is named as a defendant in the lawsuit but not Included in assault claims.
At Sir Ivan’s Castle, Whiteman claimed she was forced to change into a sarong and “dragged” back to the garage as she tried to escape. She also claims she was taken to a large bedroom-like room where Aaron and Oren Alexander attacked, raped and beat her.
James Ferraro, an attorney for the Alexanders, is confident the lawsuit will be dismissed soon.
“This lawsuit was made public after Mr. Alexander chose not to yield to demands for tens of millions of dollars,” Ferraro of Ferraro Law Firm wrote in an email. “We believe that given the overwhelming and compelling evidence , including phone records, text messages, emails and other documents, the contents of which clearly refute these claims and the matter will be resolved in Mr Alexander’s favor.”
Wilziger and the plaintiff’s attorney did not return house lineRequest for comment. The defendants have until August 19, 2024 to respond to the charges.
