Nine months after signing an enterprise agreement with Anywhere, California-based real estate technology leader RealScout has expanded its reach to locations owned by Sotheby’s International Realty.
Agents in SIR Company-owned locations will have full access to the RealScout platform, which includes a branded home search portal, interactive side-by-side listing comparisons, social media tools, lead management and distribution, and several other agents and brokers. .
The platform also includes RealScout’s headline homebuyer activity intelligence dashboard, which is powered in part by buyer charts in 18 selected markets. These charts include information from brokerage partners who agree to share real-time anonymized buyer data and habits, which enables agents and brokers to make faster, more accurate pricing decisions.
Shannon Buss, Cape Cod brokerage office manager for Sotheby’s International Realty, said adoption of the platform has exceeded her and other leaders’ expectations.
“Since we launched the platform to our brokerage firms, 66% of our affiliated agents have activated their RealScout accounts within 60 days,” she said.
SIR Cape Cod’s adoption rate reflects trends within the broader Anywhere real estate ecosystem, which launched the RealScout platform to its affiliated agents in November. The average adoption rate among Anywhere Brands affiliated offices has reached 60%.

Several Anywhere affiliated agents and brokers shared their experiences using RealScout, and one California sales partner generated 700 leads after integrating RealScout into his CRM platform.
