Real Estate Group Action is being taken in Florida.
The company announced Friday a partnership with Florida-based MVP Real Estate Associates. Derek Carlson, founder, CEO and broker of MVP Realty Associates, has been named CEO and broker of the new company Realty ONE Group MVP. The company has 10 offices and more than 1,200 agents across the state.
“Joining Realty ONE Group MVP is not only a career milestone, but a strategic move to empower real estate agents in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment,” Carlson said in a statement. “This role allows me to serve as an independent provides unparalleled resources and support in an environment fully dedicated to helping real estate agents stand out and achieve their dreams.”
In an email sent to MVP agents, the email was sent by house lineCarlson said he decided to join Realty ONE Group in part because the company offers “stronger technology, marketing and branding.”
“I don’t want you to just compete, I want you to win! This decision stems from my love for each of you, this real estate industry, and my desire to see you thrive. Together, we will reach the heights of our dreams , I will be with you every step of the way,” Carlson wrote.
Additionally, he noted that agency fees and commission structures do not change based on affiliation.
“With Realty ONE Group MVP, nothing has changed, but everything has! MVP is not only evolving, it’s evolving. It’s transforming. While MVP’s core identity and values will remain the same, this move gives Real estate agents upgrade,” Carlson wrote. “This transition feels like the perfect culmination of our journey together.”
Realty ONE Group ranks 16th Real Trend Verification 2024 According to the ranking of transaction parties, the transaction volume in 2023 was 20,864 units.
