Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., noted that the Supreme Court’s conservative majority gave President Biden immunity to use the military to eliminate them.
Rep. Lofgren said on MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House”:
Well, he was very open about what he was going to do, which was revenge. He himself said in December that he intended to terminate parts of the constitution. Well, he didn’t say which parts, but apparently the court would give him wide latitude to terminate whatever he wanted.
You know, he summoned a mob to Washington, knowing they were armed, and he sent them to the Capitol to try to prevent the peaceful transfer of power, if he could. We have a problem as a country, and certainly in the debate that night, he was not going to commit to accepting the results of this November’s election unless he won.
So we have a problem here, and if he can’t be held accountable, if any president can’t be held accountable under existing law, that’s a complete departure from our history, and I think, you know, in theory, President Biden has whose official duties might send the military to eliminate conservative judges on the court, and he would be spared.

This is the real farce of the Supreme Court’s conservative majority decision. The president can have Congress and the Supreme Court rounded up and executed by the military, and subject to the court’s decision, the president will be immune from prosecution.
The ruling ends all accountability for a potentially lawless president. As Rep. Lofgren noted, Republicans should not celebrate but be shocked that this new immunity applies to both Democratic and Republican presidents.
