Rival Training Camp Series: Coverage and messaging
The Wisconsin native impressed during Saturday’s combine practice. His 6-foot-8, 320-pound frame is immediately noticeable. Thompson holds offers from Eastern Michigan, Lindenwood, Northern Illinois and Colorado State.
He also has letters from Northwestern and Iowa State, two schools where he will camp this summer. Iowa State is evaluating potential offers for him and three other forwards this summer.
*****
The Kentucky native caught our attention in practice. He has good size (6-3, 225) and moves well. Ball State, all the Ivy League schools, App State and Marshall are talking to him.
Vrbancic has not received any offers yet, but the team hopes to see him in their training camp this summer before making an offer.

Hall is a player that many schools are keeping tabs on. He had letters from Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and several FBS schools. He loves the attention from Big Ten schools and it’s easy to see why for a program like the 6-foot-3, 230-pound outside linebacker.

It’s hard for quarterbacks to stand out at the combine because they can’t throw the ball. However, Babalola’s size is hard to ignore. At 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, he looks impressive and moves very well.
He received no invitations, but Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Alabama and Clemson went to his high school to watch him pitch. The University of North Carolina and Wake Forest also invited him to camps this summer. He will camp at all of those schools and will likely hit the University of Mississippi as well.
As things look up, this process has been surreal for Babalola, but it might just be the beginning.

It’s easy to see why Butler (6-4, 200) holds early offers from Arkansas State, Mississippi Valley State and Austin Peay. His recruitment will likely begin once the training camp season is over.
He will participate in a large training camp in Memphis in June after returning for RCS Indy on Sunday.
Butler is looking for a strong savant who understands how weight programs can help players and how they will use him on the field.

Clifton (6-2, 195) heads to RCS Indy from Tennessee. He has earned 12 scholarship offers and is seeking more. He now hears most often from Middle Tennessee State, UCLA, Liberty and Toledo.
He will head to UCLA for training camp in June, where he hopes to earn an offer from the Bruins.
Clifton has been focused on showing off in events and training. Improving his speed has been a focus, and he has reduced his 100-meter dash time from 11.9 to 11.2.
