Colorado Rockies outfielder and first baseman Kris Bryant, who is dealing with a back strain, was placed on the injured list for the third time this season on Monday.
In corresponding moves, the Rockies recalled outfielder Jordan Baker from Triple-A Albuquerque and right-handed pitcher Bradley Blaylock from Double-A Hartford, while optioning left-hander Josh ·Rogers to Triple-A.

Baker, 23, made his major league debut on April 30 and batted .190 with two home runs and eight RBIs in 23 games in his first major league career.
Blaylock, 23, has already appeared in one major league game, pitching a scoreless, hitless inning in the Brewers’ 7-6 loss to the San Diego Padres on June 20. Brought to the Rockies in a trade that sent right-hander Nick Mears to Milwaukee in late July.
The 30-year-old Rogers has appeared in six games for the Rockies this year, with a record of 2-0 and an ERA of 6.55.
