Robert Downey Jr. is returning to Marvel—this time as a villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Marvel and RDJ revealed the surprise at the end of the series’ panel at Comic-Con on Saturday, deadline and others reported.
Previously, Downey Jr. played Iron Man in 2008 iron Man by 2019 Avengers: Endgame (At the time, not to spoil a five-year-old movie, he died). Now, he will play the villain Victor Von Doom, also known as Doctor Doom, in Doctor Doom. Avengers: Doomsday.
