A large number of supporters of President Joe Biden believe the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was orchestrated and not intended to kill him.
“About one in five voters said they believed the shooting was staged and not intended to kill Trump, including one-third of Biden supporters and 12%,” according to a Morning Consult poll. of Trump supporters.”
This means that left-wing conspiracy theorists have reason to believe that Trump himself was shot…but only within earshot to make it completely believable.
In almost any poll, you’ll find a sizable portion of people who believe anything. However, thirty-three percent is very high.

In order to believe the “BlueAnon” conspiracy theory, you have to believe that Donald Trump volunteered to be shot, that the 20-year-old gunman was powerful enough to target and hit him in the ear, and that another person who attended the rally (one of whom died) and Not actually getting shot at and/or being collateral damage in Trump’s plans.
It doesn’t help that MSNBC’s top talent is publicly questioning the legality of the assassination attempt against Trump.
Host Joy Reid has been requesting medical records and suggesting that Trump was not shot but bled from broken glass, even though there was no broken glass around him.
“I have so many questions! Where are the medical reports? What was the cause of Trump’s injury? Shepnell? [sic] Glass? A bullet? she wrote on social media.
Reid’s colleague, MSNBC host Michael Steele, who was once the de facto chairman of the Republican Party, offered similar advice.
“This was caused by a bullet, not actually a shard of glass from the teleprompter itself, not a bullet, as some reports from people on the scene and other reporters have suggested,” he said.
“So there are a lot of questions surrounding that ear. But there has been no response to that. Instead, it’s just shown an image of the person walking into the lobby with the injured ear.
Just asking everyone a question, not implying anything.

Trump assassination attempt was not staged
Of course, Steele and Reed’s conspiracy theory has been debunked. Why let something as trivial as the truth get in the way of MSNBC’s coverage?
But you can see why the network’s blind viewers might nod in agreement and say the assassination attempt was staged.
Reade followed up her silly theory with a number of other wild theories, including telling viewers of the RNC coverage that Donald Trump used his survival of an assassination attempt on his life as a photo opportunity.
She then claimed that President Biden’s recovery from the coronavirus would be as impressive as Trump’s surviving a gunshot wound to the head.
It will be interesting to watch big tech companies stand by and let these conspiracy theories flourish on their social media networks. How many QAnon types (also full of conspiracies) or COVID vaccine skeptics, or people who know the veracity of the Hunter Biden laptop story, have been banned from the platform?
Do you think BlueAnon will react accordingly?
The Morning Consult poll also provided some other alarming numbers, as well as numbers that suggest an assassination attempt on Trump was staged.
For example, nearly 20% of Biden supporters said they were “happy” after hearing the news that Trump had been shot. We recommend that the Secret Service investigate these individuals, but they may be hiding from them on the slightly sloping roof.
