Real estate agency Side announced this week that it is launching a new coaching and training program that will be open to the entire industry.
The company calls the program “PartnerUp.” The company described it in a statement as “a suite of professional development and revenue-generating programs.” Side President Steve Capezza added, “From our community of exceptional professionals, we have carefully selected a group of coaches who will bring incredible value to the entire industry.”
The program will eventually have 10 different coaches. Five of the coaches – Anthony Margulies, Brett Jennings, Danielle Lazier, Kelly Griggs and Zaid Hanna – will be available to any real estate industry member use. The other five – Brian Tran, Ed Barreto, Guillean Arradaza, Mark Daya and Rica Ruiz – will be available only to Side users. All coaches are founders or co-founders of real estate companies.
The program will be available starting the week of September 9th. Side members who sign up for their team receive discounts.
PartnerUp launches at a time of dramatic change in the real estate industry. On top of that, rising mortgage rates over the past few years have slowed the market, creating greater demand for agents, like those who offer coaching services through PartnerUp, who have the skills to complete the job during the economic downturn. Good track record of transactions.
Meanwhile, a series of antitrust lawsuits has forced the real estate industry to adopt new rules governing how agents are compensated and conduct business. The rules took effect less than a week ago, and many questions about their impact remain unanswered.
Side said in a statement that PartnerUp can help agents navigate uncertain times.
“PartnerUp Coaching makes it easier for those top agencies to share their secret sauce with a wider audience, elevating the entire industry,” said Capezza.
