Former NFL wide receiver and return specialist Jacoby Jones has died. He is 40 years old.
The Baltimore Sun reported that Jones died on Sunday, citing an NFL source with direct knowledge of the situation.
Jones spent his final three seasons in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens, but he will be best remembered for his heroics in Super Bowl 47.

Jones completed a 56-yard touchdown pass in the game. He had a 108-yard kickoff in the second half to help the Ravens beat the San Francisco 49ers 34-31.
Details about Jones’ death have not yet been released.

In 2007, the Houston Texans drafted Jones in the third round.
